- Product Installation Data. Your local device information, including but not limited to your device information, device hardware, operating system, other software on your system, Username, yourKidsLink Kids ID, location, IP address, operating log information, the size and format of the files you are working with;
- Crash data and information about the files you are working with. If the User encounters a crash problem, we will ask if the User agrees to send the original document to us. Only if the User agrees to send it can we access the original document;
- For ourKidsLink Kids product, we usually collect information on the device that has the KidsLink Kids installed. This information may include device model, system version and language, User's submitted information, installed applications, browser records, keywords (for early warning purposes), driving information, etc.;
- We aim to provide you with a way to store files and other materials. In addition to the general information mentioned above, we also collect the information you choose to store on our platform. For this product, the information you store on the platform is used solely to provide you with services and will not be used for any other purposes;
1.3.2. Purposes of Processing
- We process product usage data and product installation data to facilitate, assess, and validate your use of our products and services. We also use product usage data for internal statistical and analytical purposes, and to enhance the user experience by identifying customer preferences and analyzing crash data. - In order to provide the Products you purchased to you, or perform the contract between you and us.

In order for us to be able to demonstrate the existence of a right or a contract or a legal obligation, the relevant Personal Data will be stored through intermediary archives for a duration that will not exceed what is strictly necessary regarding the purpose of the storage and in accordance with the applicable legislation. Regarding banking information, said information will be deleted once the payment has been processed and has become effective. Withdrawal time period could additionally apply. - Unique Device Identifier: A string of characters assigned by the device manufacturer to uniquely identify the corresponding device.

- Operation Logs and Service Logs: Records of your search and viewing operations in the Jiecheng Parent Guardian Assistant, service failure information, referral URLs, etc.
